Good Worth X PLAYBOY 


Good Worth started a large scale collaborative effort with world renowned men's lifestyle publication PLAYBOY in the Fall of 2015. The collection would include printables, keys, accessories, cut and sew pieces and even sandals.

The collections needed a feel. That's where we stepped in.


The Socially Awkward set out to differentiate this collaboration from notables SUPREME and JOYRICH from the prior year. We did this by establishing progressive concepts for each drop, including a "Beauty and the Beast" style meet up with pro skateboarder Clint Walker & PLAYBOY model Gia Marie. As well as an in your face middle finger to the system campaign centered around Oceanside, Ca, legend Bobby Long.

We negotiated cooperative distribution from @thegoodworth @playboy @missgiamarie @theclintorous & @1800bobbylong, which reached an estimated 6.9M people. 

Each campaign was leveraged through all forms of social from filming to drop date. Each final media package was then sent to major lifestyle blogs, which produced a swelling of demand leading into release dates. 


Both #GoodworthXPlayboy campaigns were resounding success stories. They helped aid in Playboy's 2016 rebranding efforts as well as produce a nice little chunk of change for Good Worth.

It was a fun project with a great outcome!
