NEED
Bay Park Fish Co. is a San Diego institution that was in need of a serious digital overhaul.
This would include: web, social, paid advertising, reputation management and influencer marketing.
ACTION
We began by consolidating their active and abandoned websites to streamline seo. From there we secured ownership of scattered digital assets and social profiles. We then imaged the restaurant to top industry standards while simultaneously keeping consumers engaged via social profiles.
We spent countless hours responding to, and resolving issues on yelp, google, facebook and tripadvisor review sites.
We established influencer marketing initiatives which gained hundreds of active followers.
RESULT
Bay Park Fish Co. saw a steady increase of online and social engagement, and a subsequent increase in diners in their restaurant.
